How to Start Non-Woven (Fabric) Bags Manufacturing Business

Plastic bags are the major cause of environment pollution and Governments across the States are imposing bans on plastic bags. Non-woven bags or fabric bags are the great alternatives of plastic bags and it’s the perfect time to start non-woven bags manufacturing business.

Non-woven bags are made out of 100% degradable non-woven fabric material. The non-woven fabrics are bonded together by a process other than weaving (such as chemically, with heat, etc.).

The non-woven bags are designed in various patterns and size as per the requirement of customers. Due to increasing ban on plastic bags, the demands of fabric bags have been increased and it is a great opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to start non-woven fabric bag business.

Raw Material – Non-Woven Fabric

Non-woven fabric is the main raw material used for manufacturing of Non-Woven Bags. The non woven fabric is a kind of fabric made from long fibers bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments (and by perforating films) mechanically, thermally or chemically. It doesn’t require converting the fiber to yarn as these are not made by weaving or knitting process.
